We ask families to provide:
- A change of clothes

- A sun hat

- Comfort items (if needed, e.g., dummy, soft toy)
- Formula or specific dietary items (if required)
7. How do you communicate with families?
We use the Xplor Home app to share updates, photos, and daily routines.
Families also receive face-to-face communication with educators at drop-off and pick-up times.8. Do you offer government childcare subsidies (CCS)?
Yes, families may be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Please apply through Centrelink before starting care.
9. How do you support children’s learning and development?
At Josie’s Bright Beginnings, we follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), focusing on play-based learning, social skills, creativity, and school readiness.
10. What is your educator-to-child ratio?
We follow all national regulations to ensure children are safe and well supported with appropriate educator-to-child ratios.
11. Do you have a waitlist?
Yes, if a place is not immediately available, families can join our waitlist. We will contact you when a suitable spot becomes available.
