If you have a concern or wish to raise a complaint, please complete our Family Complaint and Grievance Form provided below. In accordance with our Complaints and Grievance Policy, hard copies of both the form and the policy are available in the foyer.
The Service is committed to meeting all regulatory obligations relating to complaints management. All feedback and concerns are documented, assessed, and responded to in a fair, transparent, and timely manner, consistent with our responsibilities under the National Regulations and Child Safe Standards.
