From Our Senior Early Childhood Teacher
Hello, my name is Lidiana, and I have worked in early childhood education for over 20 years. I am a Senior Early Childhood Teacher and 2IC, and I am also a proud mum to three young girls.
I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where children feel valued, supported, and excited to learn. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is watching children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve their individual goals.
I love building strong relationships with children and families and helping each child feel happy and comfortable when they arrive each day. Seeing the smiles on the children’s faces as they walk through the door is what makes this career so special to me.
I feel truly grateful to be part of each child’s early learning journey and to support them during these important early years.
